How to:

Log in to Cubiko

Click here to log in to Cubiko

TOP TIP! Do not use Remember me if it is a shared computer

Password and MFA

TOP TIP! If it has been 5 or more days since you received your invitation to create a password, simply hit Forgot Password to create one for the first time.

Add access for the team

Get everyone set up before rollout so the whole team can start using Cubiko from day one.

Add as many of the team as you like, there is no extra cost and permissions are limited by role so they wont see everything unless you set them up with that.

TOP TIP! Use a different email for each user for security. A shared email login can create issues with MFA.

3 metrics to get your admin and nursing team started, today:

1. Possible Service Opportunities today - capture opportunistic services while patients attend their appointments today

2. Item Optimisation - for proactive patient outreach. Aim to contact a handful of patients from these lists every day/week to get them booked in advance for services like CCMP or Health Assessments.

3. Recalls - anyone actioning recalls can see a clear list of patients with recalls. The list includes upcoming appointments to flag for providers, and patients with no appointments who still need to book in for these results.
