3 metrics to get your admin and nursing team started, today:
1. Possible Service Opportunities today - capture opportunistic services while patients attend their appointments today
2. Item Optimisation - for proactive patient outreach. Aim to contact a handful of patients from these lists every day/week to get them booked in advance for services like CCMP or Health Assessments.
3. Recalls - anyone actioning recalls can see a clear list of patients with recalls. The list includes upcoming appointments to flag for providers, and patients with no appointments who still need to book in for these results.
