Zedmed - Attendance count
The Attendance count metric provides insights into the total number of attendances within a selected period.
This report helps clinics analyse daily activity, track provider performance, and compare attendance figures against appointment records.

Understaning the metrics
Attendance Count
This figure represents the total number of attendances recorded in the selected period. Each attendance corresponds to a service or invoice and typically links to an appointment.
Attendances by Provider
This graph displays the number of attendances per provider within the selected period, helping clinics assess provider workload and patient flow.
List of Attendances with No Appointment
This table highlights attendances that do not have a corresponding completed appointment in Zedmed within the selected timeframe. Identifying these entries can help clinics investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Attendance Count vs. Appointment Count
It is important to note that the Attendance Count metric differs from the Appointment Count metric:

Appointment Count reflects appointments that have been marked as attended on the appointment record. This data is sourced from the Zedmed appointments table.

Attendance Count measures actual attendances, each tied to a service or invoice, sourced from the Zedmed attendances table.

Applying Filters
