How do I disconnect from Xero?

Click on Cubiko Settings

  • Head to the Integrations tab and select Xero

  • Click on “Disconnect from Xero”

  • Please note that if your Xero connection drops due to a technical issue, this is different to taking an action to disconnect from Xero. If you receive a notification from Cubiko that your Xero connection has been interrupted, you will still need to first re-connect to your Xero account, then follow the steps above to explicitly disconnect.
  • Alternatively, you can disconnect Cubiko from within your Xero account by logging into Xero and heading to the 'Connected apps' section.

 

What doesn’t your integration do?

Always remember that Cubiko will never write anything to your Xero subscription. Our activities are read-only, and we only extract the data that we show in your Xero cabinet.

 

When and how does data sync occur?

Data sync with Xero occurs in line with your current Cubiko subscription. For most Cubiko users this is overnight.

 

Can I limit access to who can see the Xero dashboards?
