Total CDM and CCMP billings
This figure represents practice chronic condition management (CDM/CCM) billings (inclusive of GST, and based on service date) and how they compare to the same time the previous year.

TOP TIP! Total CDM and CCMP billings is a great metric to track the growth of the practice and the uptake and success of Chronic Condition clinics, and the increased reliance on Chronic Condition-trained Nurses.
Nurses can support the doctor by completing and documenting parts of the plan, saving the doctor countless hours each week. By increasing nursing support to these clinics, the practice's goal would be to see an increase in the utilisation of these items.
CCMP opportunity
This figure represents the potential for chronic condition management (CCM) billings for item 965, 967, and 10997, based on patient eligibility from Item Optimisation. Click to see the total number of Potential new CCMP patients and details on their next booked appointments.

TOP TIP! Click through on the metric heading to go straight to our Item optimisation cabinet.
