This will search for all "care plan review" appointments for your patients booked over the next 36 months following the original appointment type "Care plan appointment type" and return a list of patients that have an upcoming appointment in your practice but DO NOT have any upcoming appointments over 36 months that match your selected "Booked appt type" of "care plan review". You can use this list along with your "List of appointments with NO rebookings" to recall all patients that do not have that type of appointment booked or any appointment at all following the care plan appointment and book in the care plan review.
