Use this guide to resolve the below error in Cubiko when using QuickCheck
This error is due to your Halo Link being offline.
An active Halo connection is required to run these checks.
Action:
- Check that the Halo Link URL’s are added to the server’s firewall/proxy
- The URL’s are listed here.
- Restart the Halo Link Service
- Check that Halo link is up to date

If after completing the above steps you are still encountering the error, please reach out to support@cubiko.com.au
Note: If your Halo Link was offline overnight, Cubiko would not have extracted your data. Your Cubiko data may be out of date.
