Printing and downloading data in Cubiko

This article will show you step by step how to view, download, and print patient lists, tables, and charts in Cubiko.

There are a few ways to print patient lists, tables and charts in Cubiko, depending on what would work best for your practice:

  • Download the list to a CSV file for printing in Excel
  • Use the Print Preview function
  • Open up the popout window and use your keyboard shortcuts to print a running list (Possible Service Opportunities tables only)

Download:

Once you have filtered the lists you would like to print, use the arrows to download the data.

On a list, you can find this arrow in the top left corner of the list. This will download a CSV file ready to open in Excel and print.

On charts, you can Print charts, Download CSV, or Download a JPEG image using the download arrow.

NOTE: The download button on tables will be greyed out until the table has completely populated with the data and any filters applied. Once loaded, they will be solid and you can select download.

Use Excel to format the page how you would like and print it. For example, expand or remove rows or columns as needed.

TOP TIP! Printing in landscape will give you a nice view of the list when it is printed.

Print Preview:

From any page in Cubiko, you will be able to find the Print Preview button on the left side panel along with your filters, favourites, dashboards, settings, and search functions

Once print preview is selected, the whole page will show in preview mode. Select from the options at the bottom of the screen to print.

Caution: Print All Data will print all rows in every table and may take time to load depending on the amount of data. Consider using the Print function instead if it meets your needs.

This will open up your computer's default printing settings and from here you can choose which page/s you would like printed, as well as how many copies.

TOP TIP! Be sure to select End Preview to return to your metrics.

Printing the popout window:

Use the popout window list of patients to print a running list of patients in the same format that shows in Cubiko's popout windows.

From the opportunity table (found in My Cubiko and Possible Service Opportunities today), select the Open in new window button.

The popout window will open in a sidebar

Use your keyboard shortcut to print - Control + P (Windows) or Command + P (Apple) and use your printing options to resize as needed, or any other adjustments you would like to make to formatting.
