I am no longer receiving Cubiko’s marketing emails?

Not receiving any marketing emails from Cubiko? We don’t want you to miss out on important announcements, new metrics, features, resources, and upcoming webinars.

If you’ve suddenly stopped receiving our emails, please check your junk/spam folder to ensure our emails are not being redirected here and follow the steps below.

 

1. Open your junk or spam folder located on the left-hand side of the window.

2. Use the search function located at the top of the window to search your junk or spam folder for info@cubiko.com.au. Ensure that you’re only searching your junk folder by selecting ‘Current Folder’ in the drop-down to the left of the search bar.

3. If our emails have been redirected to your spam or junk folder, they should show up now. In Microsoft Outlook right-click one of our emails and go Report Junk > Not Junk.

4. Add our email address (info@cubiko.com.au) to your contacts or address book. In Microsoft Outlook simply click on the from address > Add to Contacts and follow the prompts.

5. Lastly, ask your IT provider or email team to add our email sending domain to your whitelist/allow list. This tells your email server that it should expect to receive emails from any from addresses containing our domain (cubiko.com.au).
