Cubiko has collaborated with the RACGP to produce a revolutionary new way for GPs to achieve their CPD goals.
Using My CPD Outcomes in Cubiko, Practitioners can plan, create and complete Measuring Outcomes CPD Activities using Cubiko's simple, actionable insights.
Cubiko's My CPD Outcomes simplifies CPD requirements with pre-approved RACGP templates, saving time and reducing stress for GPs. It integrates professional development into daily practice, provides actionable patient data, and facilitates team collaboration. The feature focuses on translating learning into practice, directly improving patient outcomes.
NOTE: Access to My CPD Outcomes for Practitioners requires them to have access to the My Cubiko cabinet.

Setting up My CPD Outcomes for First Use
To get started with using My CPD Outcomes, if you have access to more than just your own data in My Cubiko, a box will show to ask you which Practitioner you are completing the activities for.
Please select yourself from the drop-down list and click confirm.
In the box below, click the button Click here to get started.
You are now ready to choose an activity!
NOTE: Only Practitioner-owners who have full access to all data in My Cubiko will need to select which Practitioner the CPD activities will be for. Those with access only to their own data will not need to make this selection.
Browsing CPD Activities available
Click on the View all activities button to view the full range of CPD activities available. We are adding new ones all the time, so be sure to check back regularly!
Our current available activities are:
- Cubiko data analysis of patients who are aged 15 years and over and whose alcohol status has not been recorded
- Cubiko data analysis of patients who are aged 15 years and over and whose smoking status has not been recorded
- Cubiko data analysis of patients whose ethnicity has not been recorded
- Cubiko data analysis of patients who are eligible for an item 699 Heart Health Check
- Cubiko data analysis of patients who are aged 75 years and older and eligible for a Health Assessment
- Cubiko data analysis of patients who are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan review
- Cubiko data analysis of patients with diabetes who have not had a Blood pressure reading in the past 6 months
- Cubiko data analysis of patients with diabetes who have not been vaccinated against influenza in the last 15 months
Click on View activity details to see more information about the activity and if you are ready to get started click the Start this Activity button! This will take you to the main activity page to go through the steps to complete the activity.
If you need to delete an activity you can do this by clicking on the Action button on the right-hand side of an activity and selecting Delete CPD Activity.
TOP TIP! You can have more than one activity running at the same time. Choose as many as you like from the list!
Steps involved in completing an activity
Step 1 - Overview and learning objectives
Read through the overview and learning objectives of the activity to ensure it is an activity suitable for you to undertake.
Tick the checkbox to confirm you have completed this step.
Step 2 - Analyse current data and generate an action plan
In this step review your current data and set up your CPD activity action plan by selecting the date range and size of activity you want to undertake.
We have provided three activity sizes for each activity in My CPD Outcomes to allow for flexibility.
Lastly, record your goals for completing this activity. You can save your progress as you enter text in this field. Ensure to enter a minimum of 100 characters to be able to complete this step.
Tick the checkbox to confirm you have completed this step.
Step 3 - Completing the action plan
Review your list of patients for action! You can either provide the action required opportunistically while the patient is attending your practice already, or you can organise for that patient to be recalled into the practice specifically for the action to be performed.
Use the filters on the table to refine down to the patients you want to action.
Keep track of how you are actioning the activity but updating the free text section. You can save your progress as you enter text in this field. Ensure to enter a minimum of 100 characters to be able to complete this step.

TOP TIP! When referring to an "opportunity", it identifies patients who meet the activity criteria and have an upcoming appointment with either you or the nurse, where you are listed as their usual or their most seen doctor.
Step 4 - Measuring outcomes of actions & reflection
Use this step to see if you are on track to reach your goal! See the number and trend of patients who have been actioned during the timeframe selected for your activity.
Reflect on how your actions assisted with completing your activity. What worked well? What didn't work well? What would you change for next time?
You can save your progress as you enter text in this field. Ensure to enter a minimum of 100 characters to be able to complete this step.
Tick the checkbox to confirm you have completed this step.
Step 5 - Complete activity
Ensuring you have completed all previous steps, you will now be able to click on Complete Activity and download your certificate of completion.
You’ll have the option of submitting an evaluation survey on this activity and Cubiko will automatically upload CPD hours earned to your RACGP myCPD portal.

TOP TIP! You can complete the same activity multiple times to allow you to focus on this measuring outcome several times throughout the year.

After clicking Complete activity you can download your certificate of completion.
Cubiko will automatically upload CPD hours earned to your RACGP myCPD portal.
Not a member of the RACGP myCPD Home?
You can still use Cubiko’s CPD activity pages. We recommend you keep your own records of completing the activity by downloading the certificate of completion and self-upload the hours earned to your CPD home.
Cubiko is a Major CPD provider with the RACGP, however we are not approved as a CPD provider with other CPD homes. For this reason, we cannot guarantee these activites will be approved, and recommend you check with your CPD home prior to engaging in these activities.

Example: Unlock Better Patient Outcomes with 75+ Health Assessments!
Identify patients over the age of 75 who may be eligible for a health assessment using Cubiko’s actionable patient lists. This is a whole practice team effort to align goals and improve patient care. Steps to get started:
1. Practice Collaboration - Quality Improvement Activity Use the Quality Improvement Cabinet (QIM: 75+ Health Assessment) to set and track your practice goals. Access patient lists and manage your progress here.
2. Earn CPD Hours - MyCPD outcomes Practitioners can earn up to 10 CPD hours by completing the Cubiko Data Analysis for patients aged 75+ who are eligible for a health assessment in the new My CPD Outcomes cabinet.
