Visit length breakdown

This heatmap shows how many Level A, B, C and D consults went for each time period (< 6mins, 6 - 20mins, 20 - 40 mins, and 40 - 60mins). Click to see a list of appts where the consult length does not match the item billed.

TOP TIP! Use the filters to review the visit length breakdown for different providers to see any patterns in their billings.

NOTE: Clicking further into this metric will take you to Billing Optimisation > Appointment length does not match billing.

Items by standard consultations (%)

TOP TIP! Review any patterns in billings for your Standard and Long appointments.
Are your standard appointments being billed as long appointments? Are your long appointments being billed as Level A or B?
