This metric provides the number of days until each Practitioner's next available appointment and their third next available appt.
TOP TIP! Use this graph to measure appointment delay and to determine a practitioner's available capacity. Is there a practitioner with a very high number till the next available appt and is this re-occurring? Perhaps this Practitioner has reached the capacity to take on any new patients or perhaps the practice requires more Doctors.

This table lists for each Practitioner their next, second next and third next available appointment date and time.

Use this list to quickly see the date and time of the next available appt for each practitioner, the second next available, and the third next available appt without having to search through the appointment book manually. Share this list with your reception staff each morning so they can quickly advise patients of the approximate availability of appts with practitioners- particularly practitioners that have an extended time until the next appt.
