Our goal is to help support you in becoming a data-empowered practice and help you get the best value out of your Cubiko subscription. As a result, our Customer Success team runs regular webinars to help you, our customers, better understand how you can use Cubiko in your practice every day.
Cubiko offers a range of webinars that you can attend where we cover a range of topics that are relevant to your practice, providing support and insights into new features and metrics added to Cubiko, and providing insight on how you can incorporate Cubiko into your practice's daily workflows. These sessions will run for a duration of 30 minutes.

Webinar types
Cubiko runs two types of webinars. These include:
- Cubiko Connect webinar: Our Cubiko Connect webinar stream provides a comprehensive walkthrough of Cubiko, helping you grasp the basics and kickstart your journey with confidence.
- Role training webinars: 30-minute webinars focused on how each role can use Cubiko in your practice every day. We run these for Practitioners, Nurses and Receptionists.
- Cubiko CPD webinars: Cubiko hosts monthly CPD webinars for both our customers and non-customers. These webinars run for a duration of 60 minutes and cover a range of topics that are relevant to your practice and the GP industry.
How do I register for Cubiko's webinars?
Registering for one of Cubiko's webinars is very easy. You can register for one of Cubiko's upcoming webinars via the links below:
Fill out the registration form online, and hit 'submit'. Please ensure you complete all required fields.
Once you've submitted the registration form you'll receive an email from Zoom confirming your registration to the webinar, a link and all the details on how you can access the webinar stream on the day.
If you have not received an email from Zoom, please be sure to check your spam/junk email folder before reaching out. Otherwise, please contact us at info@cubiko.com.au, and we'll organise for the details to be sent to you again directly.
Will these webinars be recorded?
Both our Cubiko Connect Series and General Cubiko webinar series will be recorded. A copy of the recording will be emailed out to all registrants once the recording becomes available.
Our role training webinars are not recorded to encourage questions and participation throughout the webinar.
