Creating and Applying Saved filters

You can now group, save and easily reapply your favourite combinations of metric filters in Cubiko. 

We have a new feature within the filters sidebar in Cubiko which allows you to create and save your favourite combinations of metrics filters.

The filters include:

  • Items
  • Practitioner
  • Appointment type 

The filters in Multisite include:

  • Items
  • Practice 

You have the flexibility to choose single or multiple filters, empowering you to save countless combinations as per your preference see below how you can:


Setup your Saved filters:

You can create multiple Saved filter combinations which are all editable, nameable and can be deleted.

To create a Saved filter:

  •  Click on the Saved filters button in the filters sidebar within any metric in Cubiko.

  • Click "Create new"

  • Name your Saved filter combination

  • To apply filters based on your chosen category, simply click inside the empty category box and select the filters from the provided options. Please note the items, Practitioner and Appointment types will be from your practice management software. If a Practitioner or appointment type is missing please head to settings and review your users and appointments. 

  • Click save
  • Once you have created a saved filter, you can use the edit button to rename, remove or add filters at any time!

Apply a saved filter

  • Click on the Saved filters button in the filters sidebar within any metric in Cubiko.

  • Select the Saved filter combination you wish to use
  • Click "Apply Filters"

This will take you back to your metric and you will see the filters applied in the filters sidebar. 


Be sure to hit the "reset" button once done and before applying another Saved filter combination
