Everything you need to know about Cubiko's monthly CPD webinars

Cubiko hosts monthly CPD webinars for both our customers and non-customers. These webinars run for a duration of 60 minutes and cover a range of topics that are relevant to your practice and the GP industry.

The purpose of these webinars is to provide you with support and insight into current industry trends while demonstrating how you can use your practice data and Cubiko to optimise decision-making, streamline operations, and enhance overall practice performance.

How do I know if a webinar has CPD points?

We will always let you know if one of our webinars has been approved for AAPM CPD points by:

• Having an AAPM Approved CPD Badge visible on our webinar registration landing page
• Having an AAPM Approved CPD Badge visible at the bottom of our email invitation
• Stating in the body of our email or social posts if our webinar is AAPM CPD approved e.g. "In this AAPM 5 CPD approved webinar..."

If there is no badge or mention of AAPM CPD Points on any of our webinar registration pages, emails, or social posts, the webinar may not have CPD points attributed to it yet.

How do I register for Cubiko's CPD webinars?

We promote our CPD webinars via email and social media. Whether you receive an invitation to join via email or social media, please follow the link shared to take you to the webinar registration page. 

To register, simply fill out the webinar registration form and hit submit.

Registration form fields include:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Your practice's website: e.g. cubiko.com.au 
  • If your practice does not have a website, but your work email has a domain name, for example, "yourname@yourpractice.com.au" please enter the domain name yourpractice.com.au.
  • If your practice does not have a website and does not have an email domain, please just enter yourpracticename.com.au
• Your role in the practice
• What practice management software (PMS) you use

Will Cubiko's CPD webinars be recorded?

Yes, unless stated otherwise, all of Cubiko's CPD webinars will be recorded. To confirm if an upcoming webinar will be recorded please refer to the note on the registration page. 

In the odd occurrence that a webinar will not be recorded, we'll ensure to mention this on both the registration page and email invitation.

How do I access the webinar recordings and resources?

All of our CPD webinar recordings can be found in our recording library on our website. 

Once the recording is available, all webinar registrants will receive an email containing details on how to access the webinar recording, slides and CPD certificate. 

Simply fill out the short form on the recording page, and hit submit for the recording to become available.

Below the recording, you can access and download the slides, CPD certificate and any resources shared throughout the webinar.

Do I get a CPD Certificate?

Yes, only webinars approved for AAPM CPD points will receive a CPD certificate. The CPD certificate will be emailed to you along with the recording, and can also be accessed on the webinars recording page. 

Our CPD certificates are self-fillable. Simply download the PDF document, and enter your name, and the date that you completed the webinar. Print or save a copy of the completed certificate for accreditation purposes.
