The Patient cohort explorer dashboard gives practices a powerful way to search and filter patient data across both demographic and clinical information in one place
The new Patient cohort explorer dashboard makes it easy to identify and track groups of patients across your practice. Use powerful filters to find patients by conditions, results, demographics and risk factors, and quickly spot gaps in care. Whether it’s checking on vaccinations, managing chronic disease, or preparing for accreditation, this dashboard gives you one clear list to work from.
This page is part of a beta preview. We’re testing data quality and designs over the coming weeks, so things may shift. Please use this as a guide only while we keep building.
Important note:
All viewers require access to Clinical permissions to use this dashboard.
Cubiko extracts clinical data to help practice teams improve patient outcomes. Granting this permission allows the viewer to see clinical data in tables, charts, and filters where applicable.
