List of billings on hold

You can export the table and provide it to the relevant team member who should be following up billings on hold. By default, the table shows the invoices by age (days) with the oldest invoices at the top.

TOP TIP! Set a rule in your practice that any invoices over 90 days old in your practice should be followed up. Then assign the task of checking the metric, Billings on hold, in the Billing Optimisation cabinet, once a week to see if there are any invoices older than 90 days. Using the List of billings on hold, quickly find which invoices need to be actioned. This ensures your practice has a consistent and healthy cash flow.
