Questionnaire usage
The first tab within the BetterConsult integration details your practice's usage of questionnaires sent from BetterConsult.
Questionnaires sent
This metric details the number of appointments in the selected date range where a BetterConsult questionnaire was sent to the patient. You can change the date range on the left-hand side of the filters to see the overall questionnaires sent.
Questionnaires completed
This metric measures the number of appointments in the selected date range where the patient completed the BetterConsult questionnaire.
BC notes viewed
BetterConsult (BC) notes viewed is the number of appointments in the selected date range where the BetterConsult notes were viewed by the Practitioner.
Trend of BetterConsult usage
This metric is the combination of the above three metrics, Questionnaires sent, Questionnaires completed and BC notes viewed. The trend is over the date range you have selected in the date range filter. You can group by day, week or month.
TOP TIP! You can use this metric to measure the total usage of the BetterConsult product in your practice. You can filter by the practitioner and then export and provide to your GPs to start a discussion about their processes and how they save time with pre-consult surveys.
Patient response rate
Over the given period, this metric measures the percentage of patients who have responded to a pre-consult survey.
Practitioner view rate
This metric is the percentage of appointments with a completed questionnaire where the practitioner viewed the BetterConsult notes created from the survey.

Impact
The second tab within the BetterConsult integration outlines any impact on your DNA rate comparing patients who completed vs didn't complete a BetterConsult questionnaire.
Did not attend rate
This metric shows the impact of BetterConsult on the percentage of patients who did not attend their appointment. The chart divides up your appointments into those where a questionnaire was sent, where the patient completed the questionnaire, and where the doctor viewed the notes. The top metrics show the impact of patients completing and doctors viewing the questionnaire.
DNA change questionnaire completed
The difference in DNA rate between appointments where a BetterConsult questionnaire was sent but not completed and appointments where the patient completed the questionnaire.
DNA change questionnaire viewed
The difference in DNA rate between appointments where a BetterConsult questionnaire was completed but not viewed and appointments where the Practitioner viewed the questionnaire.
TOP TIP! If you notice a high proportion of DNAs in your practice, you can do a quality improvement program to reduce it. Check out our knowledge base article on DNA as a QI activity in your practice.
