Information on how to set up your Xero account to work with Cubiko
Xero is currently only available to our Best Practice Cubiko customers.
To connect your practice's Xero account to Cubiko:
- Lodge a support ticket with support@cubiko.com.au so we can enable Xero on your account. We will action it as soon as possible and get back to you.
Once you hear back from us, follow these easy steps:
- Log into Cubiko via app.cubiko.com.au
- Once you are logged in, you should head to your Settings
- Head to the Integrations tab, and select Xero from the list
- If you have more than one practice, select the practice you would like to connect to Xero.
NOTE: Xero can only be linked to one location in Cubiko currently.
- Follow the steps to connect to Xero:
- Enter your Xero login details (not your Cubiko login details)
- Choose what organisations you want to give access to by selecting from the drop-down box titled ‘Select an organisation’, then click the ‘Allow access’ button.
If you have multiple organisations (subscriptions) connected to your Xero login, select which one you would like connected to Cubiko.
- Xero will process your credentials and bring you back to Cubiko Manage
- Confirm that you've selected the correct Xero tenant and press ‘Save’
NOTE: Your data will process overnight into Cubiko.
Once you have connected Xero if you wish to add additional Viewer access to the Xero cabinet you can do that via Viewer Settings. Access to the Xero cabinet will not show for any Viewers by default.
