To help drive the use of Cubiko in your practice every day, our Customer Success team provides free live webinar sessions suitable for your whole team, Practice Managers, Receptionists, Nurses, and Doctors.
These webinars will run for a duration of 30 minutes and will cover a range of topics that are relevant to your practice, providing support and insights into new features and metrics added to Cubiko, and providing insight on how you can incorporate Cubiko into your practice's daily workflows.
We also have a range of pre-recorded online self-paced training courses in our Cubiko Learning Hub. These courses aim to train your team in seamlessly incorporating Cubiko into their daily workflow and leveraging its features to target key areas within the practice.

How do I register for a webinar?
Cubiko has three webinar streams:
- Beginner and intermediate webinars: Our beginner/intermediate-friendly webinar stream provides a comprehensive walkthrough of Cubiko, helping you grasp the basics and kickstart your journey with confidence.
- Advanced webinars: Ready to delve deeper into Cubiko's capabilities? Our advanced webinar stream, explores topics such as CDM, Quality Improvement, Flu season, and more, helping you to unlock the full potential of Cubiko for your practice.
- What's new in Cubiko: Catch up with our amazing customer success team as they bring you the latest scoop on What's new in Cubiko!
Will these sessions be recorded?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, all of our webinars are recorded. A copy of the recording will be sent out to everyone who has registered. You can also access a copy of the recording via the Cubiko Learning Hub.
Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes! Everyone who attends our webinars will receive a Certificate of Attendance. This will be included in the recording email.
Our webinar Certificate of Attendance is self-fillable. Simply download the PDF document, and enter your name, webinar title and the date that you completed the webinar. Print or save a copy of the completed certificate for accreditation purposes.
TOP TIP! You can use our Certificate of Attendance for Accreditation purposes. Print or Download a copy to add to your Training Register. You can download a copy of the Certificate of Attendance here.
NOTE: You can edit our certificates as many times as you need. Making it easier for you to save and download the certificate for each of your colleagues who attended the webinar.

If one of our live training webinars falls on a day that you’re unable to attend, don't worry, it will be recorded.
