Logging into Calculate

If your practice already uses Cubiko Insights:

Once you’ve been given access to Calculate, it will be available from your user profile dropdown menu in Cubiko.
Simply log into Cubiko as usual, click your profile icon, and select Calculate from the menu

If your practice only uses Cubiko Calculate:

Check your inbox for an email from Cubiko inviting you to log in (don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder).
- Please note: the link expires after 5 days.
- If your link has expired, go to app.cubiko.com.au and click Forgot password? to set up your login.
Set your password.
- Must include one capital letter, one number (0–9), and one symbol (!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*).
- It cannot contain your name.
- Each user should have their own login, not a shared account.
Set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Use an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, LastPass) from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Scan the QR code shown on the login screen after you set your password.
- Enter the six-digit code from your app to log in.
- Prefer SMS? Select I’d rather use SMS on the login screen and follow the prompts to receive a one-time code.
Remember your device.
- You can tick Remember this device for 30 days to avoid entering a code every time you log in.

Calculate uses secure logins to keep your data safe. You’ll be invited to access Calculate either through your existing Cubiko account if you’re an existing Insights customer or directly via email if you are a Calculate-only customer.
